Abstract
The aims of the study is to investigate the relationship between school administration styles and elementary school teachers' motivation in Arab Private School in Kuala Lumpur. Where a stratified random sample was used to achieve the objective of the study the elementary school teachers who participated in the study were (68) from Arab Private School in Kuala Lumpur. This study followed survey method and used two tools: the first one was to describe the administration styles and the second is to measure the level of teachers' motivation. the results obtained were as follows: The Democratic style is prevalent in the district of Kuala Lumpur، followed by the Autocratic style in second place then Laissez-faire style in the third place. The results showed the presence of statististically significant mean differences between administration styles and teachers' motivation and that there is a positive statistically significant correlation with the Democratic style while the relationship was negative with the Autocratic style and Laissez-faire style.The results also showed that the level of motivation among teachers was high and that there were no statistically significant mean differences in styles and the level of motivation among teachers attributed to sex qualification and the years of experience.
